Well it's a good food BUT what formula are you feeding? Canidae's food is on the unsafe list for containing ethoxyquin. We discussed it on this thread here
http://www.yorkietalk.com/forums/yor...dog-foods.html Sometime ethoxyquin is used only to preserve fish meal, BUT it can be used to preserve any type of animal fat, and is not required by law to have it listed in the ingredients on the package, because it is often added to the ingredients before they reach the manufacturers. I wouldn't trust any company that uses ethoxyquin as a preservative, whether it be in just one formula or all of them
I homecook, but I leave kibble out for my girls to nibble on (Petcurean). Why don't you check out the
