You would think she would like Olive Garden because pasta is the one thin that she will eat. We even joke about her being the Carb Queen. We try not to make a big deal about it but I told her that her favorite food groups were cheese, chocolate, and pasta. She eat peas like they are pills. She has to put them on her napkin to dry off and then pops them in her mouth and promptly take a drink of water.

this sounds identical to Trinity!!!!!!!! only I dont think she would even try the peas that way!!! she really kills me. we went out to eat today with some of Terrys family and all Trinity wanted was Spaghetti. we didn't even get to order off the kids menu because the only spaghetti was on the adult menu. but i told her i would share it with her. she gets the spaghetti and complains that the noodles taste weird and she didn't want it with meat in the sauce. so she didn't eat any of it. she ate her fries and bread. unbelievable. I think I should just keep a huge pot of mac and cheese in the fridge for her to heat up every night LOL she takes great multi-vitamins and "greens" vitamins every day. But she obviously needs more. I just dont know how to get her to eat anything. Well, it sounds like the general consensus here is to not make a big deal about it and just give her what she actually likes of our meals that we make and not try to get her to eat the stuff she really refuses. I hate giving in to an 8 year old....but I guess in life, you really have to learn to pick your battles.....
