It looks like you may never know the answer to some of your questions. Your vet may be able to help you figure out some things, but without the paper work, you'll never know for sure.

Roxy weighed 3.2 lbs at 11 weeks and is now over 7 lbs & not overweight or skinny at 14 mo. Breeder figured she would be about 5 lbs. There is no way even the best of breeders can predict the final weight of a pup. Only genetics determines that. No one knows which genes are going to kick in for any offspring.

Sorry your deal got so screwed up. Your little guy is sure a cutie! Welcome to YT!!!
