I had conniption fits when my daughter wanted to move back home - with her pitty. But Nitro's nearly 14 years old; he was bred back when Pits were still pets, not bred to be killers. She got him when she still had to bottle feed him; he's the sweetest, most temperate dog you could ever hope to meet. When I got the pups, he just loved on them. He snuggled with them, licked them, let them hang off his cheeks with their sharp little puppy teeth.

I may have doubts with younger pitties, but Old Bones is a good dog, and he will be greatly missed when he crosses the Bridge.
