My Yorkie did it as a puppy and I couldn't break the habit even when I sprinkled cayenne pepper on his poo's. He finally broke the habit on his own. He never ate other dogs poo's when we were out, just his own, or at least what I noticed. The Vet does have a med or something to give to dog, but I refused it. I'd say wait till the dog is out of the puppy stage. Good Luck
