Thanks! Meg is definitely sort of funny about her pads. We've never had another dog actually use one, but I think she'd be sort of possessive. She has to have two in the house so that she can
choose which one she pees on. <sigh> I guess she would adjust though.

Yes.... I jsut do'nt want to bite off more than I can chew. I have a girlfriend with a small dog who is a real terror... and he's not getting along with her new baby, so they are thinking of rehoming him. It's just so sad. I guess in their case it has more to do with lack of training and general temperament of the dog, but Meg is PERFECT with babies and kids (although I'll have to work on her barking) and I would hate to have my second dog not be that same personality/temperament. Does that make sense?
