Why do some have no problem having yorkies with docked tails but are against debarking? They say a dog that is debarked does not feel pain after a few days, I would think it would be the same as docking.

I also believe docking is cruel and abusive. To cut the tail off an animal
because AKC and other clubs have made it "standard" in the breed
is a man made cruel act. A dog was born with a tail, man said remove
it! I agree, I think both are uncalled for. Man made these rules not
the poor dog who has to suffer threw the pain to look like man
wants them too. Sad.
