No...twice in one day is certainly enough. Really, this is very basic info you should already know...BEFORE breeding.
Do you have a mentor? This is NOT something you should be trying to pick up on and learn as you go...
And I would not recommend breeding more than 4 days (meaning the last tie should be on Sun at the latest) and allowing them at least 1 of the days between to rest.
