 Help needed.
Does anyone have a recipe for those filled Italian cookies. I'm looking for a recipe for the cookies that are filled with a type of rasbery jelly inside. They are the cookies that are oblong shaped, it's two cookies stuffed between with the jelly filling and then one half is usually dipped with chocolate and sprinkles. The cookie itself is like a soft cookie. Thanks for any help. Elaine |
