What kind of shampoo are you using ? Are you rinsing her really well ? Are you using any Leave in sprays on her ? There is so many things that can cause itching and eye watering - it's hard to pin down - have you changed ANYTHING in her diet or bath ?
What about perfume on you maybe ? I had to spray mine on the back of my neck because I noticed it made mine sneeze when Chanel was a baby...Body lotion ? lol - I can go on and on - lots of things can make their little eyes water...Allergies to grass or something in the house also can do this
