I just had to come back and tell you guys how freaked out I am by this! I just took Zoe out to go potty before bedtime and I know she is looking for a spot to go poop and sometimes it takes her a few minutes and I'm standing out there and it's very dark out and very cold and the wind is whipping thru the trees and I'm standing there thinking "What if it's not the wind whipping but an owl there swooping down" and I'm out there with her but a few feet away and she's wandering looking for a good spot. Needless to say, I made her come in.
I will have to work up the nerve to take her out again or I'll have an accident to clean up and it will only be my own fault. And the worst part is, I have never seen an owl around here. But then again, if they are only out at night, maybe that's why. I think I'm going to need to invest in a covered kennel....
