I think your idea has been brought up on serveral occassions.....
But, in my opinion having a certain number of posts before you can sell a litter won't solve the problem. There's ways around that........Think about it and I think I've mentioned this before, there's a way around every rule.
Newbie comes on or even a long time member.
In the breeder section........My fifi has been bred. Periodical updates are given. There's a puppy watch.....
In the nursery section puppy pictures are posted....watch them grow.....
Most of the time these puppies are placed way before the 10 week rule......PMs are exchanged & puppies are sold
The number of posts doesn't make you reputable.......
But, I understand what you're trying to do; keeping people from just coming on to YT & using YT as a place to advertise their puppies....
