My husbands sister lives in Harlan Ky. We seen a hawk come down and pick up her cat. You can see three stories from the front of her house. 1st is the basement 2nd is where the rocking chairs are.
She(cat) was in the yard (basement level) and we were sitting in the rocking chairs on the 2nd. Hawk picked up her and got up to about the roof, which would have been 3 levels, and some how the cat got loose.
The cat was not hurt but from that day on, our girls never go outside if they are not on a leash. |
