I agree that I have seen just as high, if not higher prices from byb and petstores as I have good show breeders. These show breeders will not sell there dogs to just anyone.

I want to add that the "hobby" breeder that I got Copper from is still breeding the parents that produced him, and he has a liver problem. She also knows very little about the health issues of the yorkie. She loves her dogs very much and they are very cute, but they should not be bred. You can see this same or similar story all over yt where people were breeding because they enjoy it and other people bought their heartbreak.
