Humping is a normal canine behavior....
Check with your vet, his growth platelets should be fully developed prior to nuetering. You can have him nuetered at the same time he has any retained puppy teeth removed. That way he only has to undergo anesthesia once.
Only girls go into heat.....boys are always ready to accomodate.
