I believe just like us they are all different. Mad is pretty little but went in arround 7months, it was not very noticable at all though exept for the fact that I have a boy, he was the give away, that and the licking. From what I have read, it is not uncommon for them to take longer. Just give her lots of love when it does happen, they seem like they just don't feel quite themselves.
