I TOTALLY agree...COMUNICATION is the key!!! If a client says "just a trim" I ALWAYS ask what does that mean to them or if they say "puppy cut" well that can mean a few things as well. I think if anything many times I don't do short enough (especially the 1st groom).
I too have heard the horror stories and that is why I try to really take the extra time up front. it's my reputation at stake otherwise and I take pride in what I do.
The hair does grow back and the original groomer knows what happened and you can remind him next time NOT to do it again. Until then keep those cute pink sweaters on and she will be a cute as ever....i mean after all she is a YORKIE!!!
