These are just a few of the stupid spellings I've seen. Spelling your child's name weird doesn't make your child unique! It just means the poor kid will be spelling their name their whole life.

Spelling a name differently doesn't annoy me as long as it at least
looks normal. Some are just off the wall (like the Isabella one you mentioned)! When it's like that it just seems like their parents were trying too hard to be different. Other times I like it - I was given a common name and I WISHED my mother had at least spelled it different.
