She is on her 3rd day of Panacur and has only pooped 3 times today. I called my vet as I am afraid my girls are going to get it and she said she didn't want to put them on anything until they showed a sign of having it and then she would put them on Metrodrozinole. She prefers that to Panacur. I hope your little one starts eating and that both of ours can get over this. | Oh Patti. I am in the same situation. I just got my girl a couple of months ago and first stool tested negative, then we just did a second stool and it came back positive. I asked about my other dogs and they said the same thing, that they did not want to prescribe meds. unless they came back positve too. Which means, I'll have to not only have the little one retested but also my other five tested at $25 a pop. ARGH. Plus the med which was did not even get her through the seven day treatment cost me $28. I hope your crew is alright Elaine |
