It really depends on your yorkie's life style, and where you live. All of Prince's vets said not more than once every 2 weeks, but I tend to use the "as needed" rule. Of course, there are grooming details that we do on a daily basis, such as face washing, teeth brushing, privates/tummy hair check and feet washing if needed.
I do tend to bath him weekly during the summer when he goes outside more.
