Max got his shots this week as well. I didn't have him last year, so this was the first time I've taken him for shots. I was concerned about a reaction, so the vet gave him Benadryl prior to him getting his shots. I didn't want to take any chances. Next time, I think I'll give it to him myself. It was $18 extra for the Benadryl
