We also didn't know at time of purchase that Brooke was being sold to us on Limited Registraton. I hate to admit it but we paid $2500 for her and you would think for that price she would have had full breeding rights. Not that we'd breed her, she's going to be small, but I do think that ALL of this should have been told to us or put in a contract.
There was no sale contract. All I have is her shot records, weight history, and a statement from my credit card company showing what was paid for her and who it was paid to. Thank God we did put her on our Credit Card or there would have been no record of any of this.
I guess we'll see what happens.

Wow so sorry you are getting a complete run around, I would be at that ladys house every day till she gave me papers, or if that pup can not be registered she owes you some money back. Alot of money. Take her to small claims court, She sounds like a scammer, Hopefully if you take her to court she shows up because I think the court would side with you. Best of luck, Keep us informed.
