I usually weigh in on Fridays (and again on Monday and just use whichever number I like best lol) and I lost two pounds last week but I'm back up a half pound this week. I do look more toned when I look in the mirror though, so I'm just going to chalk it up to muscle weighing more than fat and keep on with what I've been doing. How are you guys doing?
