But to go ahead and answer your question, Sophie has a harness that she goes on walks with and she does wear a collar for ID purposes and it is only for when she goes out or if we are at someone else's home for a while and I'm afraid she might run out the door. She stays nekkie when she's inside unless I just have a t-shirt or pjs on her. She doesn't mind the collar I have since it is light weight. I have her ID tag and rabies tag on there and she hardly notices. You might try a lighter collar that doesn't bother your baby so much if you think that could be the problem.
