I am sorry for your brother, it is never easy to make the decision. I had a puppy die of kidney failure (congenital) and they do suffer at the end. They get uremic poisioning and the odor from that is almost unbearable and they are very nausea's. I often wished I had taken her in a day earlier as she was very sick. I hope your brother can say good bye and know he did everything he could for her. I would think the vet could give something to help with the nausea to make her more comfortable. I feel so bad for your brother it is so hard to go through this. My prayers are with him. |
