I feed 2x a day. Once in the am before work and once in the pm after work. (on week-ends - same time of day as weekdays.) I feed dry in the am and wet in the pm. I can tell you that I can count on the time of her bowel movements like clock work. She only has 2 per day. Once after she wakes up in the am and again after we get home from work.
I agree you should keep her on the same food for a while as what the breeder was feeding her.
I give treats and I give goodies. Treats are for training (i.e.- potty, commands, etc) I usually give dehydrated chicken pieces or cat food or string cheese cut into small bites. (Millie loves these). For goodies (just because she's so cute) I give (what I call junk food) like puperoni's, beggin bites, snausages, etc. |
