Please do not let you dog eat its own poop! If you vet told you that I would look for a new vet.
It's pretty simple to fix if you are just consistent. There are members here that had puppymill rescues that were able to STOP their dogs from eating their poop. If you can change this habit in a puppymill rescue you can stop a puppy from eating poop!
