Kim, good for you! i did this program in the summer and ran my first 5K EVER in October- did it in 35 min- SUCH a great program. But listen to your body- if you need to redo a week- redo it. I am not moving onto the next program called the One Hour Runner. It picks up right where the C25K ends. Keep at it! Before you know it you will be running 30 min!
