All of my dogs are microchipped. I dont know what i'd do if one of them darted and didnt have a microchip. The vets check every dog for microchips on every vet visit around here cuz microchips are the law.
I dont know who pushed for this law, but I love it!!! My sister found two stray dogs and both were microchipped and returned to the owners.
I have no idea what they do about microchips and change of ownership? good question. |
