I agree, he should be taken back, but there is not guarantee that she will not resell him.
If you do decide to keep him you can feed him baby rice cereal with the goats milk and karo syrup and mix in a jar of Gerber baby chicken stage 2. You can mix it really runny so you can syringe feed him.
You'll need to feed him every 2 hours and you will need somethjing to help keep him warm when he sleeps. if he was vaccinated this young it could mess up his immune system.
I would also buy lots of books on how to socialize a puppy because you will need to teach him how to be a dog.
Did he come with registration papers? if he did I would also report her to the AKC fopr falsifying records.
