 Return to Breeder Question
Is there a way to microchip or otherwise permanently identify a puppy? I ask because even if I ask person to sign a spay/neuter and pet only contract that says that if they are ever unable to keep a puppy that it should be returned to me, if they choose not to honor that contract and it were to wind up at a shelter or rescue, it would be good if that organization had way to contact the breeder. Does anyone know how this could be done? |
