15 weeks is still very young. I would be taking him out of his crate every 20 minutes. If he doesn't go 25 minutes after eating, put him in his crate for 10 minutes and then take him back out and try again. A schedule and patience is a must. Also, make sure he doesn't have free run of your house. After feeding him, you can play, take him potty, and then back in the crate until lunch. Same thing...eat, play, potty, crate. At dinner, eat, play, potty crate. At 8 p.m. a drink of water, play, potty, crate. At 11 p.m. potty. I would also be taking him out several times during the night. If he isn't holding it in his crate, you want to break him of this fast. Sydney's vet said not to trust her until she's at least a year young.
