I agree with Ladylavender.
She must be contained on one room and watched closely.
When she drinks out she goes within 20mins. Otherwise take her
out every hour on the hour. When she pees, treat her and praise
her. When she eats, she should go out within 20-25 mins as well.
It takes lot's of work, patience and a schedule should be a must,
IMO. There are sings also that she's going to pee.
If she starts sniffing the floor, going in circles scoop her up and out
the door she goes. It's really time comsuming but you get out of it
what you put in to it. It's worth the couple weeks of constant
watching and running outside.
