As far as urinating...don't wait for her to tell you...take her out on the hour every hour is the best suggestion I can give you.

I always let her out right after she eats because that's when she poops. Then I'll find a random poop and I don't know when she's doing that one. And I do still take her out AT LEAST every hour, if not more, even if she doesn't whine. I've always been really diligent with that. This is why I'm so confused. I feel like I'm doing everything I'm supposed to be doing but obviously I'm not or I wouldn't be having this problem!
