i know; it's such a huge company and they act like they can't spare few thousands dollars to save a dog from being separated from its owner; due to their negligence.
but i guess they can't afford it due to all the complaints they receive; i couldn't believe how many negative feedback there are out there; and they had the nerves to tell me to remove the posts about them. shame on them; how do they sleep at night!

should i contact petsmart since they are affiliated with banfield?
