Oh....and I don't know of any law that would prohibit them from simply telling her that Ava is ok.
When I get an owner surrender I promise to always keep them updated, as long as they wish to be. I do advise them that I can never tell them where their pup is.
Not very difficult to tell someone a pup is ok. It is simple human kindness. |
