I attempted making mine, it was more cost affective to order from where I order them, now shipping charges. You can google washable piddle pad patterns....

Believe me I'm cheap, I make all my doggie beds, crate covers, show bows, etc. Anywhere I can cut corners I do, pee pads just weren't worth it to me. Mine did last through the countless washings.
