You deserve an answer as to how she is doing. Even if shes not yours it would be the right thing for them to let you know how she is doing. I know my vet and the office was much more respectable about my situation. |
Keep in mind, there are two places mentioned above. The email addresses are for Banfield and they did not keep Ava.
Elly signed Ava over to the EC...there is a mailing address for them. I have just finished a letter to them.
