i am grateful that she's fine; however i don't want to give up so easily; at least i can say that i did my best
at least if they kept me updated in the begining about her status; i won't be such a basket case; but no one is talking to me
i figure what's the damage of sending few letters to the ceo of the er hospital and the ceo of banfield; you never know
by the way this is the info for banfield; they should be responsible for the bill since they force fed her the night before; i would be greatfull if you can contact
