My dog is similar in size... We go to the vet every two weeks for her vaccinations and she has been 1.8, 2.4, 3.2 and then this last time was just 3.0.
The vet said the decrease could be because their scales are not always super accurate (if the dog is moving, etc). I believe it was because she went to the groomer for the first time and lost a TON of fur haha. I am not too worried about it, but if she doesn't gain the next time I probably will be... I estimate that mine will be around 5 pounds (her parents were 4.5-5lbs).
