When I got Penny at 5 months old she was 2lbs. I must admit she was a little on the scrawny side, but she was short too. Just overall TINY! Now that it has been two months later since I got her she is 3.5 lbs and is growing more every week! When we first started puppy classes at Petsmart, her doggy friend Zoe who is a Chihuahua was much bigger than her, now she is much bigger than the chihuahua. Is it normal for dogs to grow so much in such a short amount of time?
