Per experience, pups can lap at 3 weeks. I usually let my pups do it whether they are nursing or not. Just to give mom a break.....maybe once a day. |
My vet is also a repro specialist and when we had to supplement Livi's puppies, he also said goats milk. The only thing that we were able to find was the powered form, though....still, that's what we used.
