She can be spayed in another month. Usually yorkies don't come into Season until they are about 12 - 14 months of age. But, there are some that come in about 8 months....so, I wouldn't wait as the vet suggests for another 3 months.....You'd also be waiting for her puppy teeth to be pulled and waiting can throw off her bite....
