i could have and would have been able to take care of her; if they had diagnosed her last year when she had her first episode; how was i supposed to know that she has pancreatitis; no one advised me of anything or of any special diet. but you are right; i should have used a private vet that i could trust instead of this corporate monsters. i will not give up quietly, i am contacting organization to tell people about banfield and to stay away from them; after obtaining ava's medical history i can clearly see that she was over vaccinated; they used to give her multiple vaccines together; and i see duplicated on the report; ava was my first dog and i didn't know any better; but this taught me a valuable lesson for the future; i believe vaccinations exagerated her condition.
