I'm so sorry this has happened to you. This is why many of us on here do not trust Banfield vets. They are very expensive, and try to get you to buy their insurance plans, then when something comes up, guess what, It's not covered. I don't trust them there. Also the few times I went there veterinary students saw us, not even a real dr. The dr just came in to tell me all the things that I should get/purchase that day. They didn't scan Uni, I had to remind them to.
Again, I'm sorry about what happened. But if you cannot afford to take care of her, I guess this is the best for her.
