I really hate to be Debbie Downer right now but I am really concerned too. It really sounds like she has needed to see a vet and the longer you wait the higher likelihood of tragedy.
Breeding is a serious endeavor and should never be taken lightly. If the dog needs to go to the vet money should never be a factor--that is your commitment to her.
