i did express my concerns on saturday when i went to drop off her stuff. i wanted to make sure she doesnt end up in a shelter. this Er hospital is huge and they are always busy; they will not answer my phone call; last time i had to beg to see the vet, because technically she's no longer my dog, since i singed the release form. but the vet was nice enough to see and hear me out and take Ava's stuff; and she even gave me a hug when i was crying; i told her when i was leaving please take good care of her and tell her that i love her; she said i will; of course i was balling out
