A few weeks ago I noticed our 6 year old yorkie having issues with a back leg. I could hear it when he walked (you could tell one leg wasnt right) and also noticed he had a hard time supporting himself when he would go potty.

I originally thought it was a knee issue and that it would fix itself.. which it has in the past.. but no suck luck. He is now at the point where he is very skiddish and is very careful when walking or turning around. He sleeps alot and has lost his pep. Sometimes he just stands and stares into space.

I took him to the vet this weekend.. and in her opinion he has a back injury. He received a shot of Metacam, and had an oral dose today.. but he is not any better.

Has anyone every experienced problems like this???
