Wanted to update everyone about Lola. She has not had a normal stool since June or July she has been on several meds and presc. dog food but nothing seemed to work. I found an incredible vet by the name of Dr Hawthorne who will be treating her for Lymphangiectasia. She is on Metro 2 times a day and Predrisolone once a day for 10 days. She is on the same diet for 10 days then if this is not working we will switch to lean ground turkey and white rice. I did try white rice today and she ate so far with no runny stool. I hope this helps. Any suggestions on zero fat high protein diet? Her blood levels are normal and she does not have a swollen abdomen. Thanks for your support. |
