the vet told me to give her stuffed animals but she just ignored them
and she seems really sad...laying in the bed all day...usually in the morning i can say "outside" and she is sliding in to first place in front of the back door...now im carrying her to the back door and she goes out, comes back in and lays down....she is a little barky today though
anything i can do to perk her up? |

Sorry to hear about Gidget. We went through this with Tayah the first time she was bred. Vet saw one on ultrasound and then nothing on x-ray. It did not seem to bother Tayah. That was about the only thing that I noticed with Tayah. She wanted to be around me all the time. Other than that she did not even try adopting a stuffed animal.
Recently Tayah had a singleton pup and lost him. That was when she adopted our little Jazzy.
I would give Gidget lots of attention.

If she was pregnant she needs time for her hormones to get back to normal.
